Tire Rotation & Balancing

Tire rotations, computerized balancing, flat repairs, and inspections to keep your tires lasting longer and wearing evenly.

Tires are the only part of your vehicle that actually touch the road, and how you maintain them has more impact on safety and ride quality than most drivers realize. Rotating your tires every 5,000 to 7,500 miles ensures they wear evenly across all four positions — front tires wear faster than rear on most vehicles, and skipping rotations can cost you thousands of miles of tire life.

Our tire service includes rotation, computerized balancing, flat and puncture repair (when the damage is in the repairable area of the tread), pressure checks across all four wheels including the spare, and a thorough wear inspection. We measure tread depth at multiple points on each tire so we can see if you're getting cupping (a suspension or balance issue), inner-edge wear (an alignment issue), or center wear (over-inflation). Each pattern tells a story we can act on.

Out-of-balance tires create a vibration in the wheel or floor at certain speeds — usually showing up between 50 and 70 mph. We use a Road Force-style approach when needed to identify tires that are out of round, not just out of balance, which is a more common cause of stubborn vibrations than most shops will diagnose. If you've replaced tires elsewhere and still feel a vibration, bring it in.

If your tires are at the end of their life, we'll discuss your options honestly based on how you drive, the climate, and what your vehicle was built for. We don't carry every brand of tire under the sun, but we'll source the right tire at a fair price, mount it, balance it, and align the vehicle if needed so you're getting full value out of the new set.
